Automatic collection of statistical data relating to your customer's or recipient's behaviour within each mailout, including response times, click-thru rates and successfully viewed messages.

Users may be nominated to receive reports via email and/or SMS at pre-defined, configurable intervals. This reduces the need to log into the Shout Out! admin console in order to view information relating to recent mailouts. Configurable options include the ability to set the duration between each report and the overall length of reporting for a paricular mailout type.
